The best way to get connected at LBBC is through our Community Groups, but here are some other ways to join us in mission.
Parkwood Nursing Home - Dan’s Community Group is volunteering at the nursing home the first Saturday of every month at 9:00am. If you would like to join talk to Bev Bowen (436-2941).
Visiting Shut-ins - Individuals from Scott’s Community Group are visiting shut-ins the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month. If you would like to go along talk with Lisa Sloan (482-9821).
Family Night At Stokes - Individuals from Scott’s Community Group are volunteering for the family night at Stokes Elementary on 2nd Thursday of every month from 6-7:30PM. If your interested if joining them talk to Pamela Maynard (818-726-7084)
Shalom House - Scott’s Community Group is cooking, serving, and reaching out at the Shalom House the last Tuesday of every month. If interested in participating, talk to Scott Lollar (482-6026).
Reading Coaches - Help us get the word out! Literacy help available at the church building the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays from 6:30-8:30pm. Members are also offering help at the Thorntown Library on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays from 3:00-5:00pm. For more info talk to Beverly Crynes (482-6630).
Worship Team Practice - The worship team is practicing every Tuesday night at 7:00pm. All are welcome to come sing, pray, and worship.
Ladies Fellowship - Ladies fellowship meets at 6:30 PM the first Monday of every month. If you are interested in attending talk with Debbie Kremer (482-2370).
